Period Repair Program is for goal-oriented women who are doing everything right, but still do not look nor feel the way they want, and they desire a sustainable, personalized plan to have pain-free periods, reduce bloating, and have more energy.

We will focus on making consistent progress, eliminating symptoms of imbalanced hormones, healing your gut, and losing inches off your waist in the most sustainable way possible.

This will be done in 3 months through our 3 phases of the PRP Method.

Elimination diet + nutrition detox: The symptoms of imbalanced hormones you are experiencing (fatigue, brain fog, bloating, PMS, migraines, etc.) are due to poor gut health. To begin healing your gut, in order to balance your hormones, you need to temporarily remove foods for 28 days—foods that tend to cause inflammation in your gut. This will allow your body to “reset” and begin the hormone-balancing process. The nutrition plan is designed to support your body’s natural detox pathways, in order to promote healing and hormone balance.

Food reintroduction: After giving your body a month to begin the healing process, you will bring foods back in one by one. The purpose is to see which foods are triggering your symptoms and which foods are not. This will be the foundation for creating your own personalized nutrition plan that will continue to promote gut and hormone healing.

FIIT & Empowered Healing Protocol: Once you know which foods are helping, and which are hurting your hormones, you’ll take additional steps to continue the healing process. Together we will implement targeted nutrition and lifestyle factors that will support your body from within + open up your body's detox pathways.

Together, we will spend the next 12 weeks implementing this method, in order to support your hormone health and lose the stubborn inches around your waist.

You will be able to continue working with me inside the community beyond 12 weeks to see even more progress and reach all your goals if you choose to do so (such as fat loss goals).

In phase one, we’ll start with your 1-1 orientation call in order to discuss your goals and customize the PRP Method to your needs. You’ll go through an elimination diet to reduce inflammation in order to balance your hormones. The nutrition plan will also support your body’s ability to detox naturally (no detox juices needed).

In phase two, you’ll reintroduce the foods that were eliminated in order to identify your trigger foods that are irritating your gut and throwing your hormones out of balance. This will help create your customized nutrition protocol as we move forward (but you won't need to eliminate these foods forever).

In phase three, we’ll work together to continue supporting your gut health + detox pathways in order to support your hormones. This is where we will incorporate specific lifestyle habits to support your detox pathways to keep your hormones balanced forever. Our main goal in this phase is to collaborate so you have the knowledge and tools needed to keep your results for life. But it all begins with healing the body from within.

How much does Period Repair Program cost?

The program is $50 to get started, and then $50 every week thereafter. The program is a minimum of 3 months, but most clients extend their program and continue to pay weekly for 6-18 months. You can cancel at any time, but I ask that you do give the program 3 months of solid effort.

Does the program include functional lab testing (GI Map + HTMA)?

No, functional lab testing is currently not included in the price of the program. It is not required, but it is highly recommended, and if you want to get to the true root causes of your symptoms, or even further optimize your health, lab testing is an additional cost. Each test is around $300, so if it's something you want to do, factor that into your budget.

Do I have to track food and macros?

Not at all! Most of my clients do not track their foods. Is it a useful, eye-opening skill? Yes, and I highly recommend you track your food at some point. But it is not something every client in my program does, but there are times where it might be more helpful to get some accurate numbers so you can continue making progress.

Will this program work for me? I've tried everything.

It will work for you if you commit yourself. Does that mean you need to be 100% in? No...live happens, and I realize that. I never expect perfection from my clients. But I do expect my clients to show up for themselves and stay in communication with me. I make no guarantees on results, but I do know that for the women who have put forth some effort, even if they weren't 100% all the time, they have seen results from this program.

Can I still enjoy my favorite foods? I don't want to feel deprived.

Clients are continuously amazed by how their food cravings disappear while following the hormone-balancing nutrition plan. But rest assured, you can still enjoy chocolate and desserts in this program. You can still enjoy treats as well. You will be provided with recipes that are compliant with the nutrition plan you'll be following the first month, so you can still enjoy some of your favorite treats.

Do I need to have access to a gym?

Nope! If you decide you want to work out at home, you can absolutely do so. This program comes with a suggested workout routine, whether you want to go to the gym or use what you have at home...whether you have dumbbells, resistance bands, a whole gym set-up in your garage, or just your body weight!
