Nicole has always had a passion for health and fitness. Growing up in competitive gymnastics and ballet classes, being active was a natural part of her childhood. As a teen and into her adult years, she struggled with period cramps, not realizing those were a sign of a hormone imbalance.
For ten years, she went on birth control because that was the only solution her doctor gave her to "fix" her period. But when she came off it, her cramps returned, until one day, she almost passed out in the car while driving, due to painful cramps.
She knew then that what she was experiencing was NOT normal, and she was determined to get to the root cause of her period cramps, once and for all. She began learning from other women in the women's hormone space, like Dr. Jolene Brighten, and using their principles to improve her overall hormone health. Slowly but surely, it began to work! She no longer struggled with painful cramps every month, her energy levels improved, and she felt more confident in her body than she had in a very long time.
Her own personal journey of balancing her hormones, inspired her to begin supporting other women as well. She went on to get her nutrition coaching certification and took more courses to dive deeper into women's hormone health, so she can better support her clients.
Nicole has a gift for teaching and helping other women improve the health of their hormones.
She believes no woman should be suffering with symptoms that disrupt her daily life. Women are too busy to be suffering, and so many women are not receiving the help, and support, they need from their regular doctor.
